Access by role, not by login
Doctors see the full chart. Pharmacy and billing staff get a minimal view with the name, UHID and their task. Your admin decides who sees what.
Encrypted field by field
Names, phone numbers, addresses, insurance details and clinical notes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database.
Documents stay sealed
Lab reports, scans and prescriptions are encrypted before upload to cloud object storage and only decrypted for permitted staff.
Protected in transit
HTTPS everywhere, with an additional encryption layer on sensitive API payloads between the browser and our servers.
Tamper-evident history
Every activity is hashed to the one before it. Closed visits are locked, so the record shows exactly what happened, and when.

Do we need to install anything?
No. Clynik runs in the browser on the computers you already have. The queue board works on any TV or monitor with a browser, and staff can also use the Clynik mobile app.
Can we bring our existing patient list?
Yes. During onboarding our team helps you move your patient list, medicine master and lab test catalog across from spreadsheets or your current software.
Who can see a patient’s medical record?
Only the roles you allow. Doctors and nurses see the full chart. Pharmacy and billing staff see just the name, UHID and what they need to do their job. Every access is logged.
Where is our data stored?
Each hospital gets its own isolated database schema. Sensitive fields such as names, phone numbers and clinical notes are encrypted before they are saved, and documents are stored encrypted in cloud object storage.
Does Clynik help with the DPDP Act?
Clynik is built with controls that map to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act: purpose-limited access by role, encryption of personal data, and an auditable activity trail. Compliance is shared, so we’ll walk your team through the controls on your side too.
Is Clynik hospital and clinic management software?
Yes. Clynik is SaaS for clinics, polyclinics and hospitals. Reception, OPD, consultation, laboratory, pharmacy and billing share one patient record.
Does Clynik include lab and pharmacy?
Yes. Lab orders and pharmacy dispensing sit on the same visit as the OPD consultation. Test results and dispensed medicines show on the patient timeline.
Does Clynik cover IPD and bed management?
Clynik covers outpatient care: OPD tokens, consultation, lab, pharmacy and billing. Inpatient admission, beds and ward rounds are not part of the product today.
Is Clynik a hospital marketplace?
No. Clynik is not a directory where patients browse hospitals. It is the software a clinic or hospital uses to run its own OPD, laboratory and pharmacy.
